This cover was originally featured on a Cactus-Mouth and Unholy Rhythms curated mixtape titled Tears On My Pillow: Part II. The focus of the compilation was for bands to cover their favorite songs from the 50s and 60s. Our cover is "Please Stay" written by Burt Bacharach and originally performed by The Drifter's in 1961. The song was later covered by many artists- ours is inspired by The Cryin' Shames version from 1966: www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRIgpdNZEvA
